has increased by 3% over the lase two years.
Nevertheless, we would like to establish our presence further in France. What, in your opinion, should we consider to achieve such an objective ?

Among a number of things, one should consider the difference in mentality between the British and the French customers.
Tastes, influences, the criteria regarding choice are all very different. The difference in mentality is often a source of misunderstandings and diverging opinions.
